Refund policy
RETURN policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, SMOKE FREE and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Due to limited quantities of on hand products, we do not offer exchanges-items may be returned and reordered in desired size/color*
You will also be REQUIRED to pay for postage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns OR exchanges on SALE items , jewelry or gift cards.
PREORDERS: IF YOU PURCHASE OTHER ITEMS WITH THE PRE-ORDER THEY WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRE-ORDER ARRIVES YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS IF YOU WANT THOSE ITEMS SOONER.
CANCELATIONS/ MODIFICATIONS:
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified,
or canceled after checkout! - We work very hard to get orders same day unless it’s the weekend.
- You may return the items in accordance with our return policy.
PROMO CODES
- Promo codes of any kind must be applied DURING checkout.
- We will NOT apply a discount code for after checkout.
When Will My Order Ship? We ship your order within 24hours unless it is a weekend order. Weekend order will be shipped Tuesday.

When Will My Pickup Order Be Ready? Pickup orders will be ready the same day UNLESS it was a preorder from our FB VIP group. You will receive a email when your pickup order is ready.
