Hey there! I’m Alyssa — owner and founder of Top Notch Boutique.

What started as a small dream in a 14x24 mini barn has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined.

I grew up in a small, conservative community in southern Indiana and, like many of us, had no clue what I wanted to do after high school. I studied cosmetology, earned my degree, and quickly realized my heart was pulling me in a different direction. In 2017, I took a leap of faith — and Top Notch Boutique was born!

Today, Top Notch has two storefronts — one on Main Street in Washington, IN, and another on the Square in Jasper, IN — plus a thriving online store that reaches customers all over. We’ve also expanded into the wholesale world, creating custom embroidery, graphics, and even manufacturing our own products for boutiques across the country.

What started as a one-woman show has grown into a full team of eight incredible women — plus my husband, Adam, who now works full-time with me running the embroidery side of our business.

Our style? Trendy, laid-back, and totally wearable. We love mixing comfy everyday pieces with fun statement styles that make you feel confident and put-together — without sacrificing comfort.
